  • Determination of the comfort of the fabrics and clothing made of local sheep breeds wool: analysis of micrometeorological characteristics, analysis of fabric reaction to water, analysis of mechanical and dimensional characteristics of fabrics by FAST technique, sensory analysis of fabrics by panel-test
  • Evaluation of tailoring characteristics of the first-year fabrics and how the garments behave when worn.
  • Experimentation of new spinning techniques and creation of new fabrics.
  • Evaluation of consumer reaction to eco-sustainable fabrics characteristics.
  • Economic assessment of production costs of fabrics made of local sheep breeds wool and comparison with fabrics made of merino wool.
  • Economic assessment of the market of yarns, fabrics and clothing made of local sheep breeds wool .
  • Evaluation of the parameters related to greenhouse gasses (GHG) abatement with local production chains.
  • Study of possible utilization sectors of wool processing wastes (e.g. agriculture, energy recovery, biocomposites, etc.)
  • Calibration and validation of CAD/CAM  systems for tailoring.
  • Organization of a training course on the utilization of CAD/CAM for tailoring.
